Nik Makino’s Neneng B. ninakaw lang ang beat?

Roko Tensei: Filippino artist @nikmakinobish stole my beat “Relax” for his song “Neneng B”

Nahaharap ngayon sa isang iskandalo ang rapper na si Nik Makino dahil sa paggamit ng beat o instrumental ng music producer na si Roko Tensei na taga-Europe ng walang pahintulot o paalam.

Ang claimant na si Roko Tensei ay nakasisiguro na kanya ang beat na ito ng Neneng B. at ang title ng kanyang beat na ito ay “Relax”.

“Yes, this beat is produced by Roko Tensei (100%) and belongs to me 100%. The name is “Relax”. ayon kay Roko.

Ayon pa sa may ari ng beat, wala daw karapatan si Nik Makino na gamitin ito.

“Nik has NO right to monetizing the song or to make a video with it. He must purchase the appropriate rights before uploading the video. The day that he will purchase the rights to the beat, I will release the copyright claim. Nick has no right to upload the song on Spotify/apple music either, and my team is now taking down the song there too.” sinabi ni Roko Tensei.

Sinabi naman ng claimant na dipende naman daw kay Nik kung kakasuhan nya ito pero kailangan nya daw itong bayaran bago mag November 20 at kung sakali daw na hindi sila nagkasundo, ang abugado na daw ni Roko Tensei ang bahala sa issue na ito.

“Perhaps. That depends on him. Nick owes me money and he must pay me within the 20th of November. In the case in which I and he can’t find an agreement before that day, I will let my lawyer handle it. I am trying to be nice and give him the possibility of getting out of this situation in a nice way. If I have to sue him, this whole thing might get pretty bad on his end. I am fine because I own the copyright to the beat.”
